New pill vs. old capsule: which works better for advanced cancer?

Summary
This study tests two different versions of the drug AZD2281 (a tablet and a capsule) in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to see which form is absorbed better by the body and to check their safety. About 197 participants will take both forms at different times to compare them.
