Summary
This study tests an investigational drug called AZD1775 in women whose uterine cancer has come back or persists. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. About 49 women with specific types of uterine cancer (serous carcinoma or carcinosarcoma) are taking part.
