Summary

This is an early safety study for a new drug called AZD1613, designed for people with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD). The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and well-tolerated when given as an injection or through an IV, and to understand how the body processes it. The study will include about 40 participants, some of whom will receive a placebo, to carefully monitor for any side effects.
