New drug combo aims to fight deadly childhood brain cancers

Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called AZD1390 combined with radiation therapy in children and young adults with aggressive brain tumors (high-grade glioma, diffuse midline glioma, or DIPG). The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination helps control the cancer. About 54 participants will take part.
