Summary

This study is testing an experimental drug called AZD0901, both by itself and combined with standard chemotherapy, for people with advanced cancers of the stomach, pancreas, and bile ducts. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and if it can shrink tumors. It is for adults whose cancer has a specific marker called CLDN18.2 and has progressed after prior treatments.
