Summary

This study tests a new drug called AZD0901, alone or with other cancer treatments, in people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific protein called CLDN18.2. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors. About 224 adults with stomach, pancreatic, or bile duct cancers that have not responded to standard therapy will participate.
