First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests a drug called AZD0901 in 33 adults with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has not responded to prior treatments. The cancer must have a specific protein (Claudin18.2). The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors and how safe it is. Participants receive AZD0901 alone, and researchers track tumor response and survival.
