Summary
This study tests an experimental oral drug called AZD0780 in 432 adults with high LDL cholesterol (dyslipidaemia). Participants take the drug or a placebo daily for up to 52 weeks to see if it safely lowers cholesterol. The goal is to manage the condition, not cure it, as ongoing treatment is needed.
