Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new antibody drug called AZD0486 in people with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned or stopped responding to previous treatments. Researchers will give increasing doses to about 317 participants to find the safest amount and check for side effects. The study will also look for early signs that the drug might help control the cancer.
