Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new drug called AZD0486, both alone and combined with other cancer treatments, for people with advanced B-cell blood cancers that have returned or stopped responding to prior therapies. It aims to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors in patients with specific types of lymphoma and leukemia. The trial is enrolling about 276 participants across multiple cancer centers.
