Summary
This study tests a new drug (AZD0171) combined with two other treatments (durvalumab and chemotherapy) in 126 people with advanced pancreatic cancer. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and helps control the cancer longer. This is not a cure, but aims to slow the disease and improve survival.
