Summary
This study looks at how well the antibiotic aztreonam-avibactam works in real hospital settings for patients with serious infections caused by multidrug-resistant bacteria. About 100 critically ill adults will be followed to see if the drug clears the infection without the need for more antibiotics. The goal is to understand how effective this treatment is outside of strict clinical trials.
