Summary
This study tests whether an Ayurvedic treatment that targets digestion and gut health can reduce allergy symptoms and immune markers in people with allergic rhinitis (hay fever). 104 adults aged 18-40 with confirmed allergies will receive either the Ayurvedic treatment plus standard care, or standard care alone. The main goal is to measure changes in immune markers and gut permeability over 4 weeks.
