Summary

This study tests whether adding an Ayurvedic diet to standard thyroid medication can reduce lingering symptoms like fatigue and weight gain in people with hypothyroidism. About 88 adults with primary hypothyroidism who are already on stable levothyroxine treatment will follow a personalized vegetarian diet plan. The goal is to see if the diet improves digestion and overall well-being.
