Summary
This completed Phase 3 study tested whether AYP-101 injections could safely reduce fat under the chin (double chin) in healthy adults. Researchers enrolled 252 participants with moderate to severe double chin fat and randomly assigned them to receive either the active injection or a placebo. The main goal was to see if the treatment improved the appearance of the chin area as rated by both doctors and participants themselves.
