Summary

This pilot study tests a hybrid intervention that combines a digital platform (Findhelp.org) with human navigation sessions to help adolescent and young adult cancer survivors manage financial and health-related social needs. Researchers will refine the approach with input from survivors and caregivers, then evaluate its feasibility and impact on financial distress and overall health. The study includes about 120 participants aged 15 to 39 who were recently diagnosed or still on first treatment.
