Summary

This pilot study tested a very small, specially shaped wire (lead) for cardiac resynchronization therapy in 39 adults. The goal was to see if the wire could successfully pace the left ventricle of the heart. The study measured how often the wire provided effective pacing and checked for any procedure-related issues.
