This study followed 60 adults with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma who were scheduled to receive a standard CAR T-cell therapy called axi-cel. Researchers measured changes in memory, attention, thinking skills, and quality of life using questionnaires and tests. The goal was to understand how treatment affects patients' minds and daily lives, not to test a new drug.
