NCT ID NCT06263478

Summary

This study is testing a drug called axatilimab for Japanese patients with chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) that has come back or hasn't improved after at least two prior treatments. The goal is to see if the drug can reduce the severity of the disease and improve symptoms. The study will measure how well patients respond, how long the benefit lasts, and monitor for side effects.
