Summary

This study tests a new medicine called axatilimab against the best current treatments for children aged 2 to 17 with chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD), a serious complication after a stem cell transplant. Participants must have already tried at least two prior treatments without success. The goal is to see if axatilimab can better control the disease and reduce symptoms.
