Summary
This study tested a single dose of a new COVID-19 vaccine (AVX/COVID-12) in 158 healthy adults who already had some immunity from prior infection or vaccination. The vaccine was given either as an injection or a nasal spray to see which route works better and is safe. Researchers measured antibody and T-cell responses to understand how well the vaccine boosts protection.
