Summary
This study tests two drugs, avutometinib and defactinib, in people with a specific type of advanced stomach cancer called diffuse gastric cancer. The goal is to see if the combination can slow tumor growth or shrink tumors. About 27 adults who have already tried at least one standard treatment will take part.
