Summary
This study tests whether a combination of three drugs (avutometinib, defactinib, and cetuximab) can help control advanced colorectal cancer that no longer responds to standard anti-EGFR therapy. About 33 adults with unresectable, anti-EGFR-refractory cancer will receive the drugs and be monitored for safety and tumor response. The goal is to find a new treatment option for people with limited choices.
