Summary

This early-stage study tests the safety of combining two drugs, avelumab and AVB-S6-500, in people with advanced urothelial carcinoma (bladder cancer) that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The 19 participants have already tried at least one standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can help control the cancer.
