Summary

This study looks at whether a 15-week program of device-guided breathing can improve heart rate variability and quality of life in people with takotsubo syndrome, also known as broken heart syndrome. It includes 10 people who have had takotsubo and 10 healthy volunteers. The goal is to see if home-based breathing exercises can help the body's stress response.
