First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 34 times
Summary
This study is testing whether a robotic device can safely and easily monitor blood flow in the brains of 30 adults with severe traumatic brain injury. The device uses ultrasound through the temple and is designed to work automatically for long periods. Researchers want to see if it causes discomfort, skin issues, or interferes with other monitors, and if it works well in different hospitals.
