Summary
This study aims to learn more about rare, lifelong inflammatory diseases like CANDLE, SAVI, and juvenile dermatomyositis. Researchers will observe 5,000 patients and some healthy volunteers over time, collecting medical history, blood samples, and scans. The goal is to understand what causes these conditions and find better ways to track and treat them in the future.
