Scientists hunt for immune clue behind mysterious heart condition

NCT ID NCT02725060

Summary

This study aims to find out if some people with Postural Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) have specific immune proteins that might cause their symptoms. Researchers will measure these proteins in the blood of 58 people with POTS and healthy volunteers to see if they are linked to the condition and if they change over time. The goal is to better understand what causes POTS, which could help guide future treatments.
