First seen Mar 06, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment called AUTO1 (Obe-cel) for children and teens with certain types of blood cancer that have come back or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to better recognize and attack cancer cells. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and how many children achieve complete remission within three months.
