New program aims to ease autism transition for teens and families

Summary

This study tests a program called Transitioning Together/Juntos en la Transición for families of autistic teens aged 14-21. The program includes group sessions for parents and teens separately to improve quality of life, goal achievement, and reduce problem behaviors. About 48 families from a safety net hospital will participate.
