Researchers test new strategy to help parents boost autism outcomes
NCT ID NCT05926687
Summary
This study aims to find the best order for parents to learn two different skills to help their young child with autism. It will test whether to start with a social communication program or a behavior management program first, and then adjust the second program based on how well the parent learns the first. The goal is to improve the child's social skills, reduce disruptive behaviors, and help the family participate more in daily life.
