Summary
This study is testing a new computer training program designed to help young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) improve the social skills needed for work. The program uses interactive lessons and simulated conversations with virtual customers and bosses to practice workplace communication. Researchers aim to see if this training helps participants feel less anxious about social situations at work and improves their chances of getting and keeping a job.
