New hope for lung cancer patients whose disease returns after standard treatment

Summary
This study is for people with stage III lung cancer whose tumor has come back in the chest after previous treatment with chemotherapy, radiation, and the drug durvalumab. Participants will receive targeted radiation to the tumor, followed by two drugs: durvalumab (an immunotherapy) and ceralasertib (a pill that may help the immune system fight cancer). The goal is to see if this combination is safe and can slow or stop the cancer from growing. About 21 adults will take part.
