Brain wave study seeks clues in rett syndrome

Summary
This study looks at how the brains of people with Rett syndrome respond to sound. About 60 participants aged 2 and older will listen to simple sounds while wearing a noninvasive EEG cap. Parents or caregivers will also answer questions about symptoms and daily life. The goal is to better understand brain activity patterns in Rett syndrome to help guide future research.
