Summary

This study tested whether listening to special audio programs could help reduce symptoms of depression. 101 adults with moderate to severe depression were randomly assigned to listen to one of two different audio-based programs for two weeks. Researchers measured changes in depression symptoms and related mental health factors to see if the audio interventions provided meaningful relief.
