Summary
This study tested whether a special audio program teaching about puberty could improve self-image and healthy habits in visually impaired teenage girls. Researchers worked with 46 girls aged 12-18 from two schools. They measured changes in the girls' feelings about themselves and their behaviors after listening to the program.
