Summary
This study looks at whether listening to an audiobook before total knee replacement surgery can help lower patients' blood pressure, pulse, and anxiety. About 93 adults between 40 and 80 years old who are scheduled for planned knee surgery will take part. Researchers will measure anxiety, blood pressure, and pulse before and after the audiobook session to see if it helps patients feel more relaxed.
