Summary

This early-phase study tests whether a new gold nanoparticle treatment (Au-TMP) is safe when injected into tumors, followed by radiation and an immunotherapy drug (Toripalimab). It involves 6 adults with advanced melanoma that cannot be surgically removed. The main goal is to check for side effects and find a safe dose.
