Summary

This study aims to collect detailed information from 300 people in Ontario who have had a rare type of thigh bone fracture called an atypical femur fracture (AFF). Researchers want to learn what causes these fractures and identify risk factors, especially in people taking long-term osteoporosis medications. Participants will be identified and followed through a network of specialists.
