Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called ATTO1310 to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. It includes healthy adults, people with atopic dermatitis (eczema), and those with long-term itching. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo and are monitored for side effects and symptom changes.
