Summary
This early-stage study tests ATTO1310, an experimental drug, for safety in healthy adults, people with eczema (atopic dermatitis), and those with long-term itching. About 108 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo and be monitored for side effects. The goal is to see if the drug is safe enough for further testing, not to cure the conditions.
