Mind over muscle: new study tests attention tricks to recover arm use after stroke

Summary
This study looks at whether combining or switching attention-focus instructions during arm exercises helps recent stroke survivors regain better arm function. About 36 adults aged 40-80 who had a stroke within the past 6 months will participate. Researchers will compare two training approaches to see which improves motor control more.
