Summary
This study looks at how focusing your attention during leg exercises might help reduce knee pain and improve daily activities. Researchers will compare two types of focus strategies in 36 adults with patellofemoral pain syndrome over 6 weeks. The goal is to find better ways to make exercise therapy more effective for this common knee condition.
