First seen Mar 05, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tested a 6-week Integrated Attention Training Program (IATP) in 120 older adults (ages 60-90) who had both anxiety symptoms and subjective memory complaints. Participants were randomly assigned to either the attention training or health education. The goal was to see if the training could improve attention, executive function, anxiety, and inflammation levels. Results were measured right after the program and again at 24 weeks.
