New combo therapy tested for Tough-to-Treat sarcoma

NCT ID NCT06528769

Summary

This study is testing whether combining two drugs, ATRA and cemiplimab, can help control advanced leiomyosarcoma, a type of cancer, in patients whose disease has worsened despite standard treatments. It will enroll 16 adults to see if the combination can shrink tumors or stop them from growing. The main goal is to measure how many patients respond to the treatment and to check its safety.
