Pfizer tests new Drug's dosing in healthy volunteers
NCT ID NCT07215078
Summary
This early-stage study aims to understand how the body absorbs and processes different amounts of an experimental drug called atirmociclib when taken after a meal. It will involve 72 healthy adult volunteers who will take single oral doses of the drug. Researchers will measure the drug levels in the blood and check for safety to see if higher doses lead to proportionally higher levels in the body.
