Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called ATI-1013 in 15 healthy smokers. The drug is an antibody designed to bind to nicotine in the body. The main goal is to check safety and see how long the drug stays in the system. Participants get one IV dose of the drug or a placebo and are monitored for about 3 months.
