Summary
This study aims to understand how different sports affect young athletes' bodies. Researchers will measure trunk mobility, hamstring flexibility, and balance in 85 elite teenage male athletes from various sports. The goal is to identify sport-specific physical characteristics that might relate to injury risk or performance, which could help develop better training and prevention programs.
