Summary
This study explores whether using a gentle ear nerve stimulation device at home, along with computer-based brain exercises, can help improve thinking skills and mood in adults aged 45-80 who have noticed changes in their memory or focus. Participants will do 10 sessions at home and complete thinking tests, mood surveys, and brain scans before and after treatment. The goal is to see if this combination is practical and acceptable for people to use on their own.
