Summary
This study tests a drug called ASTX727 in people with a rare, aggressive nerve tumor (MPNST) that has a specific genetic change (PRC2 loss). The drug aims to stop cancer cells from growing. About 25 adults and teens whose cancer has worsened after standard treatment will take part. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink or stabilize the tumor.
