Can a year of immunotherapy stop kidney cancer from spreading after radiation?

Summary
This study tests whether adding 1 year of pembrolizumab (an immunotherapy drug) after radiation therapy can better control kidney cancer that has spread to a few spots. About 144 people with this type of cancer will take part. The main goal is to see if the combination is safe and helps prevent the cancer from growing.
